We can’t resell your pet’s portrait - that would be weird 🫣. Therefore cancellations are not permitted once production has started and we don’t accept returns.
However, if your golf towel arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damage and also the damaged shipping carton within a week of arrival. Then we'll quickly replace with the same art. No other action required on your end.
